Sale Policy

Dear Customers!

 

Please be sure to read our sales policy. It is important that you understand how we work and that you allow us to provide you with quality service.

 

  1. We manufacture only our original designs. (We do not manufacture models of other people or stores)

  2. Our models are for sale as designed. Changes apply only to the color if available, and only occasionally to the type of fabric.

  3. For a custom design, you must submit your own drawing and specifications. You must also order a minimum of 6 dresses and place your order in advance according to the space available in our agenda.

  4. We do not grant exclusivity of any model, unless the client pays for it.

  5. Group orders must have a single person as contact and coordinator of the order . We cannot deal with more than one person in the same order because this generates confusion.

  6. Orders and spaces are confirmed, once full payment or 50% deposit has been received. No space is reserved, orders are not started without deposit.

  7. Orders and sales are made only through our website. If you contact us in any of our media official communication channels, you will be redirected to our online store to buy and to our agenda section to assist you with your order .

  8. Once your order begins to be processed, you cannot make changes to it.

  9. You are responsible for checking your measurements in our size chart and ordering your size correctly.

  10. Claims due to manufacturing or fabric defects should be made immediately once you open your package and check your items. We do not accept claims after products have been used or days after they have been received.

  11. We do not accept returns . (Please read the "returns" section below)

  12. Shipping time is subject to the availability of the item and the management of your delivery provider.

 

IMPORTANT: In the event that the items are lost by the mail carrier and we prove with a receipt and tracking number that we have sent them as agreed, we cannot be held responsibility for the loss, you must manage it on your own with your local post office.

 

All of our products are manufactured with high quality material and submited to a rigorous quality review standard before being packed and shipped.

RETURNS

Due that the clothing is considered an article of personal use, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS of orders placed in wrong size, for hygiene and safety regulations of the law imputed fo the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

 

In the event that an article or garment has a manufacturing defect and is immediately reported with evidence once received, we will arrange an exchange to replace the defective product with a new one in the right conditions.

FAQ

Do you provide international shipments?

 

At this time we only have shipping available within the United States and Puerto Rico.

Soon we will be working on international shipping.

 

How can I return a product?

 

You must contact our customer service department, explaining the reason and submitting the evidence thereof. 

Once approved we'll provide you with a brand new replacement. Restrictions apply.

What is your return policy?

 

We will only accept the return of a product, previously approved due to a manufacturing defect, reported immediately upon of the product arriving. It must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

Once received we will send the replacement product.

How can I track my order?

 

With the tracking number that you will receive in your email once your order has been shipped, and the mail provider has updated its information.

 

How can I contact the distributors?

 

At this time we do not have an authorized dealer.

What are the shipping options?

Currently, the shipping options you can find are:

Priority Shipping that regularly takes between 2 and 3 days and regular shipping that takes 5 to 7 days.
